Autumn is officially here, and SUP Life is changing with the seasons! We’re swapping turquoise seas and long summer evenings for beautiful rivers, peaceful canals, autumn colours, crisp mornings and cosy pub stops. October has some fantastic adventures in store, with a day exploring Windsor from the water, two amazing Bath adventures across one weekend, and a very special Halloween paddle to round off the month.
And if you’re looking further ahead, we’ve also got some incredible overseas SUP adventures in Croatia and Slovenia coming up in 2027.

Slovenia SUP Adventure
Ready for something a little different? In July 2027, we’re heading to Slovenia’s spectacular Julian Alps for an adventure filled with emerald rivers, alpine lakes and breathtaking mountain scenery.
We’ll paddle the incredible Soča River, explore beautiful waterways and take on an exciting whitewater experience, with plenty of fun and adventure along the way.
An amazing group adventure you won’t want to miss!

Croatia SUP Adventure
Next September, we’re heading to Croatia for four unforgettable days of paddleboarding through crystal-clear turquoise waters, discovering hidden rivers, secluded beaches and breathtaking coastal scenery.
From days exploring on the water to an incredible glow night paddle under the stars, this is set to be a very special Sam SUP Life adventure!

October brings a brilliant mix of SUP adventures, with crisp autumn paddling and some fantastic destinations to explore.
We’re off to Windsor, heading to Bath for two amazing adventures over one weekend, and getting into the spooky spirit with a special Halloween paddle. Summer may be behind us, but there’s still lots of fun to be had on the water this October!
Bath City & Countryside Adventure- Saturday 24th October 10:30am
Peaceful canals, stunning Somerset countryside, wildlife, the River Avon and the incredible historic architecture of Bath.
Windsor River Thames Tour - Saturday 3rd October 10:30am
A very special paddle along one of the UK’s most iconic waterways, the beautiful River Thames through Windsor.
Bath Canal Double Aqueduct Adventure - Sunday 25th October 10:00am
A beautiful canal adventure, crossing not one but TWO incredible historic aqueducts - Dundas and Avoncliff.
31st October 2026 - 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Halloween GLOW UP SUP
Get ready for a Halloween paddle with a difference! This October, we’re heading out at sunset for our annual Halloween SUP, with fancy dress, spooky vibes and glowing boards lighting up the water as darkness falls.
We’ll keep the paddle relaxed, social and full of fun, with a possible trip to the pub afterwards for anyone who wants to keep the Halloween celebrations going!
